How does AImyChats work?

  1. Forward conversations to your unique AImyChats email address
  2. Our system automatically processes the content
  3. AI analyzes and generates summaries
  4. Attachments are stored in the cloud
  5. Access everything through our searchable dashboard

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously:

  • All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Storage uses AES-256 encryption
  • Only you can access your data
  • Regular security audits and backups

Account & Billing

How do I sign up?

Visit the AImyChats platform (aimychats.com) and click "Sign Up". Enter your email and password. New users get a 14-day free trial of the Standard plan.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can:

  • Upgrade to a higher plan anytime
  • Downgrade to a lower plan
  • Cancel subscription (downgrade to Free)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription Management and click "Cancel Subscription". Your account will downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

  • All data is retained for 30 days
  • Data exceeding Free plan limits becomes read-only
  • You can export your data
  • Resubscribe anytime to restore full access

Using Devify

How do I save conversations?

Simply forward emails or messages to your unique AImyChats email address. The system will automatically process and organize them.

What types of content are supported?

  • Text messages
  • Images (permanently stored)
  • File attachments
  • Voice messages (transcription coming soon)
  • Videos (coming soon)

How accurate are AI summaries?

Our AI models achieve over 90% accuracy. However, accuracy may vary with:

  • Very short conversations
  • Heavy use of jargon or technical terms
  • Mixed languages

You can always edit AI-generated summaries.

How do I search my conversations?

Use the search bar to find conversations. Supports:

  • Full-text search
  • Date range filtering
  • Category filtering
  • Keyword highlighting

Can I share conversations with others?

Direct sharing isn't currently supported, but you can:

  • Export as PDF and share
  • Use API integration for custom solutions
  • Contact us about enterprise collaboration features

Technical Issues

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Possible reasons:

  • Email in spam folder
  • Incorrect email address
  • Email server delay

Solution: Check spam folder or click "Resend".

Forwarded emails aren't being processed

Check:

  • Using correct unique email address
  • Email size within plan limits
  • Supported attachment formats

If issues persist, contact support with the send timestamp.

Images not displaying

Possible causes:

  • Image still uploading (please wait)
  • Unsupported image format
  • Storage quota exceeded

How do I export my data?

Yes, we offer 50% off for students and educators. Sign up with your education email and contact us for verification.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes, orders of 5+ users qualify for enterprise pricing. Contact our sales team for a quote.

Does Devify access my data?

No, unless:

  • You contact support and grant permission
  • Required by law (we'll notify you in advance)

We strictly follow our privacy policy.

Where is data stored?

  • US/EU users: AWS (US/EU regions)
  • Asian users: AWS (Asia-Pacific)

You can choose your data storage region.

Is AImyChats GDPR compliant?

Yes, we're fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to:
